Bespoke Party Style & Decor

We design and make bespoke and personalised party decorations and stationery which include personalised cutlery holders, party boxes in various styles, menus, paper/digital invitations, stickers or bibs, mini posters, welcome signs, banners and more. We also create unique stationery for themed parties such as Disney, Princess, Superheroes, Animal & Jungle, Sports, Christening, Dinosaur, Gaming, Afternoon tea, Construction, Movie, Racing Cars, Social Media and more.

Bespoke Themed Table Settings

We create unique, party themed table settings such as centrepieces, tableware, water bottle labels, party cups, placemats with 3D elements, cutlery, tablecloths, table numbers, table plans, straws, place card holders, paper decorations, favours and tags and more. We also design chair backs to go with your party theme, keeping in line with your table settings. We have everything you need for the perfect table setting from formal to informal, basic, buffet, five-course or funky.

Party Consultation & Ideas

We offer a free consultation service to establish the requirements for your party of event which includes the theme, colors, creative decor, and venue styling. So, if you are not too sure what you want for the big day, but you know you just want it to be magical, special, unique, eye-catching, and memorable… leave it to us! With our vast experiences, we will provide you with our creative ideas and can provide a sample design invite and layout to help bring the idea to life.

The Process

Bespoke and Personalised Design Process

In the most basic terms, your party or event will be designed and tailored to your requirements. We start from scratch on every new order, and we will work hand in hand with you to create an unforgettable, mesmerizing experience.

Contact Us

Send us all the details for your party using the form on our Contact Us page and we will discuss your event requirements from your colour schemes to your design styles and most importantly your expectations. You can also send us a message via Instagram, WhatsApp, or give us a call to discuss.

Orders must be placed a minimum of 2/3 weeks prior to the event date. Orders are on a first come first serve basis and confirmed once invoice has been paid. Note: All small orders placed less than 7 days prior to the event date will incur a £8 late charge and large orders placed 10 days prior to the event (depending on how busy we are) will incur a £15 late charge.

Invoice and Deposit

Based on our discussion, we will send you an invoice to confirm all the party details. All invoices must be checked as there will be an additional charge for any changes that need to be made after payment of invoice or once the design work has been started. We only take a deposit if you are booking an event with us that is 6 weeks or more in advance and this is a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once we receive the deposit your date is secured, and your personalised design work begins!

Personalised Design Work Begins

The design and making for your personalised party stationary are well underway, with our added ‘funky’ touch to make it extra special. Review your digital proofs and tell us what you think! Each order comes with 2 revisions so if you have any adjustments just let us know – we will be happy to accommodate.

Final Product

Your order is now complete! We will now post your order via guaranteed next day delivery straight to your door, so that it arrives days ahead of your party or event date. We may also ship your order using a local courier as we have a great local courier service (Zembargo.co.uk). Local and loyal clients may be able to pick the order from our door.
